Andrea Jakubek (Mrs. J) began teaching second grade in California in 2000.
After moving to Arizona, she taught first grade in Mesa, Arizona, and since 2015, she has taught third grade at Julia Randall Elementary. Besides spending time with family, enjoying nature, and reading, she loves being in the classroom with her students. What she loves most about teaching is that each day provides an opportunity to inspire, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning. She looks forward to living, loving, laughing, playing, studying, learning, and enriching the lives of every student in the classroom each school year. Go Longhorns!
