Ms. Barb has been a dedicated paraprofessional since 2016. She began her journey by assisting in math and reading classes for the Pendergast School District. She moved to Payson in 2018, where became a special educational paraprofessional in the CBI room at Julia Randall Elementary from 2019-2021. She then transferred to the CBI room at Payson High School. Ms. Barb is highly trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. She passionately believes that all students can succeed which is evident in the high expectations and compassion she has for all students. In 2023, she transitioned to Rim Country Middle School where she is a math paraprofessional. Ms. Barb enjoys spending time with her husband, three boys, family, and friends when not at work.
