Blanche has been in the district since 2002. She holds the roles of parent community liaison and homeless liaison. She is passionate about her work at PUSD. She helps families to find necessary resources, engages with EL families, and oversees the parent engagement component for Title 1. She often translates to and from Spanish and English when families or staff need it. Before coming to PUSD she had a long career in marketing at Motorola. She retired from Motorola in 2000.
