Susie Escobedo (Ms. E) graduated from Payson High School in 1982 and earned a BS in Environmental Resource Management from Arizona State University in 1987. While raising her two (now grown) children, Susie loved volunteering in their classes, sports, and leading her daughter’s Girl Scout troop which sparked her desire to have a career in education. In 2022, after 12 years working as a paraprofessional in elementary, middle, and high school special education classes, she obtained a teaching certificate in Special Education from Rio Salado College. She is a dedicated teacher with a passion for fostering a supportive learning environment and making a positive impact in her students’ lives. Outside of school, Susie enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, traveling, and being outdoors.
