She teaches 2nd and 3rd grade (looping program) at Julia Randall Elementary School. She has been teaching since 1982. Her teaching career began in first grade in La Mirada, CA. She has taught 1st through 5th grade including self contained gifted and gifted clusters and also multiaged classes. Her education includes a BA in Liberal Studies and an MA in elementary education with an emphasis in history and gifted education. She also has a gifted education full endorsement.
