Pam Reicks earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from NAU. She began as a resource teacher until moving to third grade. Since 2002, she has enjoyed teaching various subjects including Art, ELA, Reading, and Social Studies at the middle school level. She was also a teacher-librarian and behavior interventionist, supporting students’ academic growth and self-regulation. Passionate about education's transformative power, Pam believes it's the great equalizer, capable of creating lasting positive change. She sees teaching as a profession that impacts all others and leaves a profound imprint on lives. Her "why" is rooted in her desire to make the world an even better place and protect it for future generations. Outside of teaching, Pam enjoys learning, art, DIY projects, hiking, UTV riding, music, trying new pescatarian recipes, and, of course, reading and writing! She loves animals, especially her dogs, and has a special fondness for saguaros and Arizona’s diverse nature. Pam’s goals at RCMS include collaborating, fostering a supportive environment, and inspiring a lifelong love for learning in every student.
