Freshman Orientation – Link Crew

Access at 7am
We will need access to the Bluetooth speaker system, a wireless microphone (prefer a head set), 6 tables, 2 garbage cans. The floor should be covered as students will be walking on it in street shoes. The north side bleachers will need to be out. We will also be having small groups sitting on the floor in the lobby areas and the snack bar area.
