Julia Randall Elementary School

Erica has practiced in the field of occupational therapy since 2006 after graduating from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications followed by her Masters of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from A.T. Still University.

She transitioned from the medical model to a school based therapist in 2014 after working in the hospital and healthcare facilities for several years. She enjoys working with the pediatric population and continues to be inspired by the holistic approach to practice and unparalleled role occupational therapists have to offer in the educational setting.

Erica’s “best” days are those with her students! She loves the smiles as they gain more independence and make progress in their daily activities. She also enjoys the unique role she is able to offer during staff collaboration and consultation with team members. Most importantly she enjoys being a shining light to those around her!

The small mountain town of Payson has been home to Erica and her family since 2014. She and her husband enjoy the outdoor living Payson has to offer. The couple can often be found with their beautiful daughters at the river, hiking, hunting, boating, camping and loving their many “critters” at home! They have been blessed with a wonderful family and close friends in Arizona.

Erica looks forward to helping more students reach their maximum potential and independence in their daily lives.
