Mrs. Haught started working at JRE in 2025. She holds a degree from Grand Canyon University. Before being a teacher she served in the US Navy for almost 8 years as an Engineman, working with the Sea Bees.
She always knew she would end up working in the field of education; she wanted to be the teacher that she needed when she was growing up, hoping to ensure that none of her students feel small when they leave her classroom. She is a big believer in the Power of YET and strives to instill that mindset in her students.
She is happily married and has a daughter. They love to spend time outdoors, whether gardening, enjoying the lake, or just hanging out together!
